Blackball Australia Pool Association will be conducting a Blackball Referee Course on the 21st of January. The course will be instructed by Chase Daley, BAPA's head referee. The course will consist of 3-4 hours of training and a final examination. Upon completion the student shall receive a certificate and official BAPA Referee shirt.
